A few important updates and upcoming events to keep in mind this month:

Winter Stablefords

A reminder that all stablefords will be played over 9 holes throughout the winter months.

4-Balls Allowed for Mid-Week Competitions

4-balls are now permitted for the winter months for all mid-week medals and stablefords 

Pie Night – Thursday 13th November from 17:30

Limited tables are left for this Thursday's Pie Night. Pre-booking essential, see our website for more details https://www.basset-down.com/whats_on

Burger & Beer Night – Wednesday 12th November

We also have our next Burger & Beer Night on the driving range this Wednesday 12th November.

• Session 2 is now full, but we have availability on Session 1 (17:45–19:15)
• £20/head, includes unlimited balls, Toptracer, cheeseburger & chips and a drink
• Bays for 2-4 players, pre-booking required
• Call us to pre-book your bay

Autumn Meet – Thursday 20th November

Join us for our Autumn Meet (18:15 arrival, 18:30 start) featuring:

• A 12-hole update
• A WHS & Rules Q&A with Wiltshire Golf and England Golf officials
• A 2024/25 awards presentation
• Don't forget to submit questions for Wiltshire/England Golf in advance to clubhouse@basset-down.com
• Sign up required on noticeboard by reception

Toptracer Celtic Manor Challenge: 3rd–30th November

Take on the front 9 of the Twenty Ten Course at Celtic Manor thanks to Toptracer!

• £3 entry, unlimited scorecards allowed
• Cash prizes for Best Gross and Best Nett
• Handicap proof required – register at reception and via the Toptracer app

Christmas Quiz Night

Our festive Christmas Quiz Night returns on Wednesday 17th December. This popular event is now full, but there is a reserve list in place. Please check with reception if you would like to be added.
