Our Function Rooms

Burnbake

Located on the ground floor, Burnbake benefits from its own entrance, a cloakroom and a private bar. Patio doors can be opened up for access to a patio area, perfect for some fresh air during your refreshment breaks. Floor to ceiling windows make this space light and airy,  Burnbake can accommodate up to 52 guests theatre or 40 cabaret.

Withymead

Withymead is our largest meeting room, located on the first floor and accommodating up to 210 guests theatre or 140 cabaret. The room has a large private balcony with stunning views over the golf course and surrounding countryside, its own bar and private entrance. This room is light and airy owing to its floor to ceiling windows, a blank canvas space for your event. Our Cowleaze room opposite is a great complimentary space to be used as an organisers office, green room or storage space, this room is offered complimentary with any full day booking of Withymead.

Cowleaze

Cowleaze is our smallest meeting room, with space for up to 10 delegates boardroom. Located on the first floor, this room is great for a small meeting or used in conjunction with one of the larger spaces as an office or syndicate room.
