Competition & Christmas Update

Christmas Markets
A reminder that we’re hosting two Christmas Markets this weekend:

• Tomorrow (Friday): 17:00-21:00
• Saturday: 11:00-16:00

We expect both events to be busy, so please allow extra time if you are planning on visiting either for the market or in general - parking attendants will be on hand to help. Additional seating will be available in the downstairs function room and the restaurant/bar will be open as normal (table booking recommended). 

We’ll have different suppliers on each day, so plenty of variety - and we’re grateful everything is indoors given the forecast! If you are planning on attending Saturday's Market, we would recommend arriving from 12:30 onwards if you wish to avoid the crowds. 

Christmas Cupcake Decorating Workshop
We’re excited to team up with Emma’s Kitchen for a festive cupcake decorating workshop on Wednesday 10th December, 18:00–19:30. Open to all - create your own box of six beautifully decorated Christmas cupcakes for just £15. To book, please call 01793 812336 (opt 4) or email events@basset-down.com. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

Autumn Meet
Thank you to everyone who joined us for last Thursday’s Autumn Meet. We shared updates on the transition to the 12-hole course, discussed local rules and WHS and presented trophies to our 2024/25 winners. A full summary will be shared soon once we receive Wiltshire Golf’s detailed Q&A sheet.
